Project Methodology and Tracking
Is your organisation one that engages in projects to enhance its internal operations? Or do you work on projects that support your clients’ businesses?
In either situation, we can help you review your current project processes and support you in the development of a Project Methodology, unique to your organisation, that will help you deliver consistent results, for all your projects whatever the size and/or complexity of the project. The Methodology will be in alignment with PMI’s Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). It will include the tool and templates necessary to track and document the process and results of each project, which will become part of your knowledge base. These will prove invaluable to future project teams.
Furthermore, we can help you set up a Project Management Office (PMO), that will oversee the tracking of all projects and provide an oversight of the status of these projects.
Coaching
At times, even the best of us hit roadblocks, the proverbial “Wall”, or “Writer’s Block”, where we struggle to move forward in our work. As Project Managers, you might have faced the same thing. Our consultant-coaches have the expertise to help you review the challenges you’re facing in your projects and guide you in the development of strategies to overcome these challenges.
Contract Project Management
If you are an organisation that has a project that needs to be managed, but
don’t have the necessary Project Management expertise, or
don’t have sufficient, or don’t want to have, Headcount for a Project Manager, or
need someone independent of Internal Politics
we have experienced Project Managers who can help you manage your project, either as a Part-Time Project Manager, or as a Contracted Project Manager for the duration of the project.
